Clear guidance, thoughtful planning, and a calm, capable presence when families need it most are the foundation this firm was built on decades ago. Suzanne built her practice on doing things the right way, and Golden Oaks Law Group is the next evolution of her legacy—built on the same heart, with sharper systems designed to serve the needs clients have today and what families will need in the years ahead.
Today, Golden Oaks Law Group is a full-service trust and estate law firm, guiding families through every stage of planning, administration, and transition with the same steady presence that has defined our work from the beginning.
Where it Began
In 1995, Suzanne took a leap of faith and opened The Law Offices of Suzanne M. Graves. Her work spanned family law, personal injury, and estate planning, but it was helping clients protect their families and preserve what they’d built that proved most meaningful. That steady,
client-first approach shaped everything that followed.
Over time, it became clear that families needed more than documents—they needed long-term guidance, thoughtful planning, and support through life’s inevitable changes. In 2023, that foundation evolved into Golden Oaks Law Group, a firm focused exclusively on trust and estate matters, including estate and business planning, trust administration, probate, and related litigation.

We’ve served the Upland community from our current location for over 25 years, supporting generations of families through milestones, transitions, and difficult decisions.
For Kyle Graves, this firm has always been more than a workplace. He grew up here—running through these halls as a kid—and witnessed firsthand the difference good planning can make, as well as the strain families face when plans are missing or incomplete.
Clients who have been with us for years sometimes wonder whether Kyle’s role as managing partner represents a passing of the torch. It doesn’t. It’s a continuation of a legacy—shaped by lived experience, careful stewardship, and a deep understanding of what this work means to the people who rely on it.
